Items purchased online may be returned for a refund (not including shipping and handling charges) within 15 days from the day it was originally shipped.

Any items returned more than 15 days and not more than 30 days after originally shipped will be given merchandise exchange or store credit.

To return merchandise:

• Items must be in original condition and original packaging with all tags intact.
• Your credit card information (original form of payment) must be included inside the package. Due to security safeguards, we are unable to retrieve your payment information.
• Returns should be sent to: 1330 S. Main Street, Fond du Lac, WI 54935. Please pack the item carefully and request tracking and insurance for the package. Kristmas Kringle Shoppe Ltd. is not responsible for merchandise that is broken or lost.
